Our number one priority is providing quality customer service and client education with a thorough explanation of the home buying or refinancing process. The Fairway Team has the experience to close loans on time; and we will provide you with weekly reports updating you on the loan status from the beginning until the closing.

Our Services:

We have a unique pre-approval process. Each client interview consists of the following;

  • The Interview:
    This interview is a series of questions that will help us determine the client’s financial needs and find the best product available for their individual situation.

  • The Application:
    A complete loan application is taken at the pre-approval appointment. We verify the client’s income and assets at this time or will not issue a pre-approval until the documentation has been received in the office. Sometimes a written verification may be necessary.

  • Credit Analysis:
    A free credit report analysis and credit counseling service is performed for the next appointment. The client’s credit information is entered into a program called the Credit Paradigm. The program will then suggest ways to improve the credit scores or what not to do to the credit to lower scores. This is important; lower scores can mean higher rates or disqualify the borrower for the program all together. Every client receives the “10 Credit Do’s and Don’ts During the Loan Process” at the initial appointment. They also receive other informative handouts and reminders.
If they have disputes on the credit report, we give them full instructions on how to take care of them. We have successfully corrected numerous credit reports to save clients time and money.

Depending on the client’s situation a pre-approval letter will be issued after the initial evaluation with a maximum purchase price. If we need to submit the application to a series of lenders, a pre-approval letter will be issued once the loan product has been found. This usually takes 24-48 hours.
